There is no open enrollment. Every tier begins with a conversation. The right tier depends on the right fit. Pricing is shared during that conversation, tailored to the depth of access that fits the year.

The work itself is individual. Members meet one another only at annual retreats and in-person workshops.

01 · Online Apprenticeship

A year of mentoring.

The form of the Academy

A structured, year-long apprenticeship in living. The Academy is a year. One monthly call with your mentor. Daily communication from mentor to mentee through our platform and email. Assignments, tasks, and opportunities for exchange.

The curriculum is consistent. The work is yours. One full year. Not a six-week course. Not a quarter. A year, because the work asks for one.

02 · Individual Mentoring

One to one, direct.

For those who want only the relationship

Direct one to one work with the lead mentor over the year. Weekly calls. The relationship and the work, nothing else. Available to a small number of people.

Daily communication from the mentor through the platform and email. Assignments and tasks held more closely. Honest accountability. No topic off limits.

For those who have demonstrated readiness

A small number of private experiences are offered each year, by invitation only. Reserved for community members who have demonstrated readiness through their work in the apprenticeship or the one to one path.

Not advertised. Not described in detail publicly. Details are shared privately when the time is right.

Every path begins with a written application and a 30 minute call. A clear yes or no within a week.
