The mentors

THE mentors.

A small council leading the academy's curriculum together. Not your typical mentors. Each one earned their seat through a life actually lived. Apprentices are matched to the mentor whose range fits the year.

Founder · Elevate Academy

A career across three continents in business and hospitality. Founded, scaled, and exited companies across multiple industries — billions of dollars in cumulative transactions. The rooms where the real decisions get made, and the ones where they get unmade.

Alongside the work, more than a decade of study with indigenous wisdom keepers. Time in the deserts of Mexico. The Andes mountains. Remote jungles of Venezuela, Colombia, and Peru. Years of apprenticeship and travel across Asia and Europe — the traditions, the teachers, the practices that long predate the modern world. The kind of education that does not appear on a CV and does not need to.

Founded Elevate to bring together what most paths keep apart — practical mastery and inner ground. One of the mentors of the academy. Direct. Honest. The relationship is the work.

How we work

Whatever life is asking of you.

There is no fixed curriculum. The academy meets the breadth of a life — work, family, body, mind, succession, recovery, whatever the year is asking of you. The work is tailored to the apprentice. What stays constant is the standard we hold.

01 · MASTERY
THE CRAFT YOU HAVE CHOSEN

The work assumes you have already built something. The standard is mastery of the craft you have chosen — and a steady sharpening of it through the year, alongside the rest.

02 · RIGOR
HONEST. STRUCTURED. DIRECT.

No fluff. No spiritual bypass. The year is structured. The conversations are direct. Honest accountability is the floor. The work does not soften where it needs to hold.

03 · ATTENTION
THE REAL CURRENCY

Attention is the currency. Yours, ours, the small numbers we work with. What you give attention to grows — including yourself.

04 · STANDARDS
THE FLOOR THAT HOLDS

The standards do not move. Sleep, sobriety where it matters, follow-through, respect for time, honest reporting. The standards are what make the freedom possible.

05 · METHOD
BLOCKS, SETS, SEQUENCES

There is a method. Not a formula. Blocks, sets, sequences, integration. Method is what lets the work compound across a year instead of evaporating between sessions.

06 · EDGE
WHERE THE YEAR ACTUALLY MOVES

The mentor's eye lives where you have stopped seeing yourself clearly. That is the edge. That is the gravity of the academy. That is where the year actually moves.

The council

Mentors of the academy.

A small council leading the curriculum together. Each one brings a particular life experience the academy is built around. None are support. None are filler.

The mentors of Elevate are not facilitators or operators in a different costume. They are not assistants standing behind one voice. Each one is a mentor in their own right, with their own range, their own life, their own way of being met. Apprentices are matched to the mentor whose range fits the year.

EVERY MENTOR HERE HAS WALKED THE ROAD THEY ARE ASKED TO HOLD.

The curriculum is led together — across business and operations, contemplative practice, recovery, and the practical body. The academy is what it is because of the council, not in spite of it.

The commitment

Held close.

We work with a deliberately small number of people. Not because the work is exclusive. Because the work is slow, and slow work does not scale.

A mentor cannot hold attention for a hundred people without that attention becoming a substitute for itself. So we don't. The number stays small. The relationship stays real.

Apprentices are matched to the mentor whose range fits the year. The academy is led by its mentors together. Each one carries their own ground, in service of the same work.
