Elevate is a private mentoring community built around two threads: decades of business mastery, and decades of disciplined practice in traditions that long predate the modern world. The deeper rivers we draw from are met in person, on retreat.

This is not a course or a coaching programme. It is an ongoing relationship with a mentor who has walked this road, and a curriculum that shapes the year around your specific intent.

01 · ONLINE APPRENTICESHIP
A YEAR OF MENTORING

A structured, year-long apprenticeship in living. One monthly one to one call with your mentor. Daily communication from mentor to mentee through our platform and email. Live and recorded teaching, workshops, assignments, and opportunities for exchange. Built around your specific intent. A full year, wherever you are.

ONE TO ONE WORK

Direct one to one work with our lead mentor. A career across continents in business and hospitality. Years lived in deserts and mountains, time with indigenous communities, decades of disciplined practice. No topic off limits. Honest accountability. Available year-round.

03 · ANNUAL GATHERINGS
IN PERSON, A FEW TIMES A YEAR

Regional gatherings and immersions through the year. Two to seven days. Where the community meets in person. Fire circle, ceremony, recovery, the work that only happens face to face. Locations are shared privately with active members.

The first question we ask every new member: what do you want to change, and why? Not in abstract. Precisely. This clarity becomes the thread running through everything. Individual sessions begin here.

A small team. Held close.

Elevate is led by one mentor and held by a small team of facilitators, regional partners, and operators. We work with a deliberately small number of people because the work asks for it.

Members are matched to the mentor or facilitator whose range fits the year. The lead mentor remains the constant for the apprenticeship as a whole. The team is what stands behind the relationship.

Who is this for, really?

Founders, executives, healers, artists, professionals. More importantly, people who have already built something and are now asking deeper questions. People willing to commit to a discipline rather than chase a quick fix.

Not the right home for someone in active crisis, or for someone looking to consume more content. Right for those ready to do the slow work of becoming.

What does the application process look like?

A short note from you. A written application of ten honest questions. A 30 minute call to see if it is the right shape. If aligned, a deeper conversation with the lead mentor. A clear yes or no within a week, with reasons either way.

Do I have to attend in-person events?

No. The apprenticeship works fully online. Annual gatherings are open to members and recommended, never required. Private experiences are by invitation only.

Do I need spiritual or contemplative background?

No prior practice is required. The Academy meets people where they are. Some members arrive with decades of contemplative study. Others arrive with none. The work begins from your intent, not from a curriculum standard.

What about confidentiality?

Communications with the Academy are confidential. We do not run ads. We do not sell lists. We do not share your story without your specific yes.

What about pricing?

Pricing is shared during the application conversation. Tier specifics are tailored to each member based on the depth of access that fits the year. The right tier depends on the right fit.
