Elevate
A 52-week private academy for the work that takes a person from successful to substantial.
You were never meant to walk alone.
Real change happens together.
The people who transform fastest are not the ones with the best books or programmes. They are the ones with the right relationships — a mentor who has walked this path, peers who understand what the journey demands, a community that holds them when they falter and challenges them when they're ready.
Most people are trying to change inside a life designed to keep them the same.
Elevate Academy is a private academy — online and in person — built on a different premise. We work with a small number of people each year, intentionally. The lead mentor draws from business mastery, indigenous wisdom traditions, shamanic practice, and decades of lived experience across continents.
This is not a course. Not a coaching programme. It is an ongoing relationship — with a mentor who has walked this path, and with places that change people.
This is, finally, spiritual work.
Not in the religious sense. In the older sense — the work of becoming a person who can carry their own life with grace. Who knows what they are for. Who can sit alone in a room without flinching. Who has done the slow integration that no app, no course, no weekend can substitute for.
Beneath the rhythm — the daily practice, the calls, the gatherings — sits something older. Call it soul. Call it the part of you that already knows. The Academy is, finally, in service to the whole life — the career, the habits, the body, the relationships, and the part of you underneath all of them.
We do not name this work loudly. We do not turn it into a brand. But it is the floor everything else stands on, and you will feel it within the first month.
A life lived between worlds.
A career in business spanning continents — operations, real estate, hospitality, ventures and partnerships generating revenues in the billions. The practical art of building things that last, in markets that don't forgive sloppy thinking.
A parallel life of study — years lived in deserts and jungles, alongside indigenous peoples whose traditions long predate the modern world.
Time as a student of elders. Not as a visitor. Not as a content-collector. As someone slowly received by lineages much older than any one life — by invitation, with reverence, with care.
A life across continents. South America. North America. Mexico. Europe. Long enough in each place to be marked by it. Long enough to know that the work of becoming yourself looks different in different places — and the deepest version of it is the same everywhere.
The Academy is, finally, the synthesis of these two lives. The conviction that becoming yourself requires both — the rigor of the world we live in, and the wisdom of the world that came before it.
What we draw from.
No tradition stands alone. The work of the Academy is woven from threads of practice that have been kept alive by communities and teachers across continents. We name them here in respect — these are not credentials we own, but rivers we have been received by.

We are guests in these traditions — never owners. The teachers we travel to are not named publicly out of respect. Members who are invited learn their names, and their work, directly.
What it is. Who it's for.
An apprenticeship in living. Not a programme.
An ongoing relationship — with a mentor, and with places that change people. A monthly rhythm of individual mentoring. Daily practice between sessions. Annual retreats and workshops where the work goes deeper.
It is an apprenticeship. Slow on purpose. Quiet on the surface. Designed to outlast the version of you that wanted a quick fix.
People at a particular point.
Founders, executives, healers, artists, professionals — but more importantly, people at a particular point. People who have built something, achieved things, and are now asking deeper questions.
People who are willing to be honest about what isn't working. People who can commit to a process rather than chase a quick fix. People who have already done the courses, the retreats, the workshops, the books, the therapy — and know they need something else.
Not the right home for someone in active crisis or for someone who wants to consume more content. Right for those ready to do the slow work of becoming.
A practice you can actually live with.
The first conversation happens privately.
The Academy is by application. There is no rolling enrollment.
We say no often — not because people aren't worthy, but because the wrong fit serves no one. The integrity of the Academy depends on this.
If something in you already knows — write.
